Goldenseal had become one of my new favorite herbs!

I’ve suffered from chronic sinusitis for … at least a decade. My doctor prescribed over the counter medication (at least it was over the counter), but shrugged when I asked him why my ear canal felt closed and ached when I didn’t have an infection.

We’ll, it felt full and ached because the lining was inflamed and it was swollen shut!

5 days on goldenseal and not only are the linings of my throat, nose, and ear canals feeling better, so are trachea and lungs! I feel like I’ve gained a second pair of lungs, I can breathe so deeply!!

So, now I wonder, how long have I had chronic sinusitis? When was the last time I remember breathing like this? I really don’t know…
